Mike Lewis is the Director of Research and Online Education for SkySite Properties, an environmental consulting firm in Chicago. Mike manages ongoing research and education initiatives for municipal and corporate environmental strategies.
In edition to his work with SkySite, Mike is a freelance writer and photographer. His resent work includes an extended analysis of the seventh season of 24, which was presented at International Conference on Conflict, Terrorism & Society. He is currently working on a full length essay on the construction of "The Terrorist" as a national villain and the representations of terrorism in contemporary television. It will be published in Evil in Popular Culture in 2011 by McFarland. In edition to writing, Mike is a founding editor of The ECCCS: A forum of young academics exploring contemporary culture. The ECCCS is an online journal and blog for young scholars.
