I am a big fan of Android: Netrunner from Fantasy Flight Games. It scratches the cardboard-crack itch I developed while dumping college away into Magic: The Gathering. Unlike MTG, Netrunner is a "Living Card Game." There are no random boosters or sealed boxes. Once every month or so FFG releases an additional new set of 3 each of 20 new cards. It is a pretty good system. With a controlled card set, I was able to show up to a tournament with decks built from only the core cards and go 0-1-2 across 3 rounds.
The fan community around the game is great. There are deck building and database sites, videos on YouTube, and like all aspects of modern life, a subreddit. This past weekend, the CSS hackers on the Netrunner Subreddit added Symbol CSS to the message board.
